Most Florida vacation rental owners are stuck in one of two situations: working too hard for too little return from self-managing, or handing their property to a big PM company that doesn't have the time to care.

Beach and Boulevard Stays was built to be the third option. A co-hosting partner that brings the operational depth of a large firm with the personal attention of someone who actually knows your property.

We manage a select number of luxury properties in South Florida — which means every owner gets real attention, not the attention left over after managing 500 others. When you work with us, you work with Dave directly. You get a real person who has done the homework on your specific property and market.

We're selective. That's intentional. A focused portfolio means every property gets the attention it deserves.

3+ Bedrooms with a Pool

Our focus is on larger luxury properties where premium pricing and strong occupancy can be sustained. A pool is a strong differentiator in the Florida market.

South Florida Location

Currently focused on Broward and Palm Beach counties. We know these markets in depth — the comps, the seasonality, the demand drivers, and the regulatory environment.

Underperforming Revenue

We look for properties where there's clear upside. Low occupancy, below-market rates, or poor listing quality are all opportunities we know how to fix.
