He helps property owners maximize returns through data-driven pricing, optimized listings, and fully managed operations — delivering strong performance while keeping ownership completely hands-off.

Matt MacDonald brings over 7 years of experience in short-term rentals and boutique hospitality. Through his work with Trustworthy Hospitality, he has helped build and manage a portfolio of 42 doors, including 20 short-term rentals and 2 boutique hotels.

He specializes in operations, guest experience, and scaling hospitality assets, bringing proven systems and a portfolio-level perspective to every property we manage.

As the founder of Stays Optimized, Andrea Jordan brings a specialized focus on design, listing optimization, and revenue-enhancing improvements.

Her expertise ensures each property is not only functional, but positioned to stand out in competitive markets — driving higher nightly rates, stronger conversion, and better guest experiences.
